Student well-being

Learning Support

In school, we uphold the principles of a balanced education. Academic excellence is reflected in our philosophy of supporting and celebrating the diversity of learning needs within the school. We aspire to accommodate students with diverse learning needs to achieve their highest potential while celebrating their unique learning strengths and needs.

Our school Learning Support programme is designed to help students with mild learning difficulties advance in a mainstream school environment. The goal of the programme is to build students' self-awareness, confidence, and independent study habits so they can succeed in their studies.

Key support services

Key support services are delivered via a combination of:

  • Educational Psychologist - a full time professional who supports our students and provides consultations to parents on a regular basis.
  • Educational and psychological coaching courses for staff and parents provided by our partner Wisefull.
  • Homeroom teacher and a full time assistant teacher play a pivotal role in providing pastoral care and support.
  • Teachers are ready to support a student whenever he/she requires remedial classes in core school subjects.
  • For academically gifted students, our faculty members provide preparation for Olympiad and project competitions.
